Salary: A combined salary of €8,000 p/m.
Contract and Benefits: SEA Contract employed by Guernsey Company. Location/Programme: The brand new Yacht is being launched in Poland in early August and will be sailed to the UK for the Southampton boat show in mid September, it will head to the Canary Islands and then over to Antigua for the Charter show in early December. The Yacht will charter the Caribbean for the winter and sail back to the Med for summer charters.

Crew Requirements: The crew will ideally have previous experience working on charter Yachts and providing high-end standards onboard a yacht/catamaran of a similar size and specification. You must know naturally when to serve, when to chat and when to disappear into the background. Managing the warranty list and maintenance is very important alongside running the Yacht for charters.
Captain: Yachtmaster offshore (sail) with commercial endorsement (minimum), ENG1, STCW (or personal survival & first aid) or equivalents. As well as, minimum of one years relevant experience in command of similar size vessel and experience servicing and maintaining onboard systems inc; engine, air conditioning, water maker, generator. The Yacht will have E-motion Lithium batteries.
Chef/Stew/Deck: STCW, ENG1, MCA approved Food & Hygiene level 2 (if applicable). Must be able to produce fine dining experiences, high quality, exciting food. Comfortable managing interiors, provisioning, catering & assisting on deck.
A third crew member will be needed from the yard due to the ground that needs to be covered and again to operate a busy charter season. We will discuss this at interview, maybe you already have someone you like to work with.
