Male or female chef required for very high profile client in South Africa. The residence is in Cape Town and ideally be a resident of South Africa.
The client is looking for a Michelin standard chef who enjoys producing a really varied, eclectic and creative repertoire of superbly presented, healthy food for these wonderful, long term clients in their Cape Town residence.
Living in France, the client experiences the best of the best and expects that of their chef. The new chef should be able to get along with the household staff and make instant changes when necessary.
The chef needs not be work shy, as he/she has not only to feed the guests, but also the household staff. It is a busy job, so it helps if the chef is bubbling with energy.
The employers are very reasonable and decent employers, but you must be willing to adapt your cooking to suit their very refined palates and demanding tastes.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a dynamic and creative chef. Full staff is employed in this fabulous residence.
The clients love giving themed parties and entertain to the very highest levels.
STRICTLY NON SMOKER. This is a seasonal job from now to approx. April 2023 with 2 weeks onboard their yacht 50m plus in the South of France .TOP SALARY and own apartment at the residence available.
