Job Opening: Chief Engineer – 40m+ Sailing Yacht
Mediterranean (Italy, Spain, France)
Start: ASAP – Seasonal Contract (Potential Full-Time)
Sailing Match is recruiting a Chief Engineer for a 40m+ charter sailing yacht with a confirmed Mediterranean summer program.

🔧 Key Details:
Position: Chief Engineer
Contract: Seasonal with the possibility of full-time
Start Date: Immediate
Cabin: Shared
Itinerary: Italy, Spain, France
✅ Minimum Requirements (Do not apply if you do not meet these):
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Valid Y4 certificate or STCW III/3 equivalent, plus ENG1
Prior experience on sailing yachts
Fluency in English
EU-based candidates preferred

Salary: 6 to 8k ( based on experience)

Experience on Perini Navi yachts is a strong advantage
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy charter vessel with an experienced and professional crew. We’re looking for someone hands-on, dependable, and passionate about sailing engineering.
