Job Title: Stewardess – 40m Benetti Yacht

Caribbean & South of France (seasonal split)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly professional, bilingual (English and French) Stewardess with strong interior experience on luxury yachts or in high-end hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will have a polished, formal service background, impeccable attention to detail, and hold a valid STCW certificate. This role demands a warm, discreet, and proactive individual who thrives in a luxury setting and can deliver exceptional guest experiences on a 40-meter Benetti yacht.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the yacht’s interior, including guest cabins, common areas, and crew quarters.
Provide exceptional formal and informal service to guests, including fine dining and wine service.
Manage interior inventory, housekeeping, laundry, and wardrobe care with meticulous attention to detail.
Assist with meal and beverage service, including bar setup and cocktail preparation as needed.
Coordinate and assist with guest activities and events onboard.
Support the interior team and liaise effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Assist the Captain with administrative tasks and compliance paperwork as required.
Uphold guest privacy and discretion at all times.
Adapt to seasonal cruising locations between the Caribbean and the South of France, including knowledge of local customs and hospitality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a stewardess on luxury yachts or equivalent luxury hospitality roles with formal service experience.
Valid STCW Basic Safety Training certification.
Strong knowledge of fine dining service, wine, and cocktail etiquette.
Excellent housekeeping skills including laundry, ironing, and interior maintenance.
Professional, polished appearance and demeanor with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work long hours, multitask, and maintain calm under pressure.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Desirable Bonus Skills:

Proficiency in photography, including guest/event photography.
Massage therapy certification or experience.
Experience managing social media accounts or digital content creation.
Open Water Diver certification (e.g., PADI), enhancing guest activity support and safety awareness.
